In The Woodlands, the cafes inside museums, botanical gardens and visitor centers are a good option on a day out, and city parks often host a coffee cart or a seasonal concession stand. Across Texas, state and national parks list their concession hours online and close early outside the summer season. Check the listing for hours, admission requirements and the Google rating, and use the main cafe and bakery categories for everyday coffee, since the places here are grouped by location rather than by what they serve.

The Woodlands is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. I was there a few weeks ago and once again they gave me great service. Donโt call the number. Itโs well worth it to drive up to the Woodlands to talk to someone up there in person. Youโll spend more time at home on the phone Getting haggled by someone as opposed to driving up there.

The whole way they handle things is crazy. They seem to already know that the experience that customer and staff member will have will be ugly and unpleasant. Xfinity has been messing me around from day 1. I am in process of filing multiple suits with FDIC, FTC, ATTORNEY GENERAL, etc. I have a recording on my phone of just exactly how rude and unpleasant they are EVERY TIME I go there oe speak to them on the phone. I do not recommend them at all and if u have to use them keep a CLOSE EYE ON YOUR STATEMENT, BILLS everything they have said to me has been a lie.

Have an outage in our area of Conroe. Called help line. Get rerouted to call (not transfered) to customer service but thank you for hooking me up with the proper number. Spend more time explaining to dingbat why I am calling while aggressively being sold a home security bundle instead of my own priority in asking when our internet will come back as a new estimated time since 1 o clock was original estimated time. Then I have to call corporate and though gracious lady I spoke eith was very understanding my issue is still unsolved and I as a customer still feel in a bad relationship where I feel like I'm being cheated on with no explanation. Like we as customers have to one sidedly give you our hard earned money and Comcast not even meet customers half way in even giving a generic explanation as to categories of unplanned outages. The weather is ok now and we didnt have any drastic storms today so what the deal Comcast? Why am I out 3 hours without internet??? Who didn't what and why is it taking this long for things to be fixed. I am from the landlines generation so this is a bit absurd with all you have to be so slow and unexplanitory to at LEAST some degree.

Nick absolutely deserves a 5-star review. I went into Xfinity extremely frustrated and concerned over a surprise increase in my bill after dealing with multiple online agents who either misinformed me or failed to actually help resolve the issue. Nick took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, treated me with patience and professionalism, and completely turned the experience around. Not only did he LOWER my monthly bill by over HALF, but he also upgraded me to faster internet speeds, added more streaming apps/features, and locked my pricing in for 5 years; which gave me huge peace of mind. On top of that, he surprised me with a $100 credit to my account because of all the trouble and misinformation I had previously dealt with. That level of customer service is rare these days. Nick went above and beyond in every possible way, and honestly, Xfinity only still has me as a customer because of him. If you need help, ask for Nick; heโs knowledgeable, honest, patient, and truly cares about helping people.

I donโt know much about the storeโI was in and out in a minute or two, just picked up the equipment for internetโbut I can definitely say something about Ladarius. He was the technician from Xfinity who came to my house and did an outstanding job. Without me even asking, he went above and beyondโreplaced all the connectors, replaced some old wires in the attic, and installed a brand-new box. He was very nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain everything and educate me about phone wiring and internet setup. I really appreciate his professionalism and effort.
